After a decade of leading change, I was recruited to join a prestigious leadership firm out of the University of Michigan to teach others how to lead change.
When I first entered the leadership space, though, I wasn’t sure if leaders could be made. But one day, after sharing some very raw leadership experiences with managers and executives at a Fortune 500 client, something unexpected happened: they lined up to talk with me.
For days and weeks afterward, they urgently pressed me, “Where did you get the ideas to lead like that?” and “Where did you get the courage?”
In their eyes, I saw something that surprised me: suffering and longing. And I heard what they were really saying: “I’m supposed to be a leader, like you, but I’m trapped!”
This was a massive realization for me. These people didn’t need to learn about leadership—they needed to be liberated.
This realization sent me on a ten-year journey to discover how to liberate and transform leaders. Along the way, I discovered the Three Keys of Leadership Transformation, developed Crucible Theory, and with my team built LeaderQuest brick by brick.
The impact on our early students was breathtaking. Since then, LeaderQuest has liberated hundreds of leaders and empowered them to transform their organizations. It will do the same for you.
