If you’re sponsoring a private program for your company only, 30-50 participants. If you’re sending your people to our open enrollment program, groups of 5 are preferred.

Leadership doesn’t transform in an evening or a weekend. It takes focus and energy over a sustained period. LeaderQuest is unique as a fully longitudinal program. We provide the structure and resources your people need for the entire journey of transformation.

Anyone who feels called to lead change in their world, but especially those who are in high-leverage positions, meaning the impact of their leadership transformation will be magnified on an broader scale. This typically includes, managers, executives, owners, innovators, or any others driving significant change.

No, it’s for those who desire to lead change in complex organizational environments, whether for-profit, non-profit, government, education, churches, or other organizations.

Yes. Whether for a private program or open-enrollment program, we screen participants to ensure they fit the program’s objectives and values. You’ll need to nominate them (or facilitate their self-nominations), meaning you and your executives are the first screening and we’re the final.

Participants must commit to be fully present at all in-person events as scheduled and at least 80% of virtual sessions, which run either bi-weekly or weekly, depending on the cohort. They must also reserve 2 hours a week on their own for additional self-reflection exercises.

Our events are typically held at scenic venues in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, such as Sundance Mountain Resort. We do not conduct events at standard hotels or corporate headquarters or training sites.

We leverage our proprietary content to empower participants to go on the journey of leadership transformation. Topics include: Crucible Theory, The LeaderQuest Framework, The Three Keys of Leadership Transformation, The Hidden Forces, Meta-Vision, Culture, Strategic Leadership, Positive Deviance, and The Power Elements.

LeaderQuest ends with participants writing the story of their journey and impact, providing deep insights into individual and organizational transformation. We also conduct comprehensive feedback surveys and share the results with you.

If we are running a private program for you, you will provide an internal program manager to coordinate with us, but we’ll handle all logistics, including venue, lodging, and meals, and technology platforms. And if you’re sending people to an open enrollment program, you don’t need to do anything. In either case, once your people are enrolled in the program, you can sit back and enjoy the show.

For a private program, costs are discussed during the Discovery Call. For an open enrollment program, the cost per person is posted on the landing page.

The Discovery Process starts with a 30-minute call to 1. understand your needs, 2. provide tailored insights into LeaderQuest, and 3. help you plan next steps to get executive alignment.

For a private program, once we’re under contract it typically takes 3-6 months to form the cohort and confirm venues and dates for the in-person events. For an open enrollment program, the schedule is posted on the landing page.
