In the Prologue Phase, we introduce participants to the world of LeaderQuest, orient them to the program framework and requirements, and prepare them for the upcoming Launch Event.

Departure Phase

In the Departure Phase, we guide participants to discover a clear, actionable leadership goal that will call them to adventure and pull them all the way through the journey of leadership transformation.

Journey Phase

In the Journey Phase, we empower participants to repeatedly make real choices in real-time in their real worlds where there are real consequences, which moves them toward Transformation and Victory.

Return Phase

In the Return Phase, we guide participants to write and share the story of how they’ve changed as they learned to make change for the company. This reflective and celebratory period consolidates participants’ growth and inspires others in the company to embark on their own journey of leadership development.
